- Download ROM
- Masuk Cwm
- Wipe data factory reset
- Wipe cache partition
- Wipe dalvik cache
- Install ROM nya
- reboot

Solusinya install aplikasi camera lain.
Atau install google camera yg sudah di sign agar bisa di push ke system/app
